Duties of Current Occupation

Managing a stable/stud farm, includes being a leader to a group of people. Being able to medically take care of horses and being present for most if the vet a farrier visits and being able to take care of horses in general.

Equine Work Experience

i just submitted my final report for equine science and graduating in October 2022, i did my practicals at a riding school namely Jobs Riding centre based in walkerville gauteng. i was an assistant stable manager and overlooked the care and part of the yards day to day duties but was mostly based in taking care of the horses this was done over a year. i also did my breeding practicals at three stud farms namely Havarsham park farm (Thoroughbred stud) also based in walkerville for over a year and a month in Mythos stud farm( Warm blood stud) based in pretoria and another month in cornerstone stable/stud and its based in pretoria as well.
