Equine Work Experience
Thoroughbred Stud: Yearling preparation for sales, with bi-daily grooming, exercise, and in-hand walking. As well as presenting at horse auctions. Assisting with heat detection, teasing, scanning, and follicle observation. All aspects of all in-hand coverings, from preparing the mare to assisting the stallion while covering. Horse management & training: I am well experienced in the handling, backing, lunging, and desensitizing of both young and unschooled horses. I am trained in the injecting of horses, in both intramuscular (IM) and intravenous (IV). I am knowledgeable about and experienced in treating wounds and illnesses. I have extensive experience stocking, measuring, and distributing feed and supplements in the feed room.

Flatwork and jumping. Have ridden young and unschooled horses as well as schooled horses.
