I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.
Eager rider and former horse owner looking for work in the Southeast Florida area/ West Palm. I have been around horses my entire childhood and am looking to gain experience in the equine industry now that I am older. I am a quick learner, easily able to adapt, and have a natural passion for horses.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)
I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.
I don't owe any certificate, but I would say my riding level pretty good, advanced. Never did sports, some jumping for fun, long horse trips (I was travelling 50km per day on horseback one day, reached the point where I was sleeping, the very next day coming back another 50 km). I still need more knowledge and I think we never should stop learning, there is always something we can do better but I feel really confident on horseback and around horses.
Often I am a leader handling group of 4-8 people, taking them for 2-3 hours trips in forests and fields. Taking responsibility for people and horses, choosing paths, speed. I was participating in "Balance and Natural Seat" course in JNBT Horsemanship Academy made by Andrzej Makacewicz, theoretical and practical excercises included.
I am horse lover and horse ridier since I was a child, but about 5 years ago, when I found trainer who's using only halter and rope to work with horses I got a blast. I was spending all my free time developing my skills in natural horsemanship methods, working from gound, riding without a bit. It's amazing way to understand a horse and find common language. This kind of work makes horse relaxed and calm so you could be great, respectfull partners.
I am helping as a volunteer in my horse trainer's stable, feeding horses, grooming them, cleaning ect. I took part in an event, I was taking care of horses at the wedding of one cavalryman (from group reconstructing polish cavalry). He was riding to the bride on horse with other cavalrymen, so before and after event I was doing all work around horses, preparing to wedding, grooming, showering, watching for during party.
