My name is Sinead Murphy. I am 18 years old and living in Co. Kerry. I am currently in kildalton college doing the level 5 horsemanship and equitation course. I have my bhs stage 1 (ride and care) and my ride road safe completed. I have experience in many different yards doing all yard duties and exercising horses. I am looking for a summer job from June - September. I would be happy working as a stable hand or groom with the opportunity to ride.Willing to travel with accommodation.
Yard duties, feeding, grooming, tacking & untacking, mucking out, tack cleaning
I have never worked in a professional equestrian environment yet but have worked in a busy riding school.
Have been working with a yearling, teaching it ground manners as its owner hasn't weaned it yet.
I have high standards to keeping a tidy yard, organized tack room and feed room, and fairly quick to muck out.
Have been doing flat work riding, no jumping yet. Have no experience in starting a horse but very eager to learn and gain experience on how to.
