I have completed D, D+, C, C+ New Zealand Pony Club certification.

New Zealand Diploma of Veterinary Nursing

I am currently a full time veterinary Nurse in the Waikato New Zealand

I have evented my horses to 95cm and 105cm in New Zealand, groomed them myself. Completed multiple pony club certificates and won regional eventing circuits in the past.

I am experienced with young and old horses, my step father has race horses.

I am looking to go and work overseas, meet new people, learn new techniques and ways of life over in the UK in the equestrian industry.

I have taken three years off riding competitively, and have long term leased my last eventing horse, in order for myself to go to university to become a companion animal veterinary nurse. I am keen to get back into this industry in a new country and environment.

I have experience leading a team in a different setting to an equestrian yard. However as a head veterinary nurse at my clinic I do have experience leading a team of young nurses. At my own farm I used to muck out 7 stall every morning and afternoon before highschool. I am attentive to detail, strive to do well in all that I do. I would love to be given the opportunity to learn new skills and brush up on some old skills such as platting and clipping etc. I am keen, reliable and honest

I’ve had experience with green and experienced eventing horses. My Discipline preference is eventing at 105cm maximum. I would really like to experience hunting as I was always to busy eventing my own horses.

Alongside my mother, I have been her assistant whilst she organised certain pony club events.

I worked in Samantha Lissingtons property a few years back while she was away for the New Zealand Horse of the year show, feeding out , mucking out paddocks, rugging approximately 20 horse. Some of these horses were her competition horses and others were owners grazing horses.

I have also ran my own small yard with two competing horses, one retired eventer and two other young racing horses
