ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN LEADERSHIP AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Currently working at a show jumping equestrian facility where my main duties are lunging, riding and exercising different horses such as sj ponies, horses coming back into work, client horses from different countries, as well as usual stables duties.

Trail riding guide (2016-2018) LATVIA -Instructing and assisting smaller to larger trail riding groups -Horse catching, grooming, tacking up, riding

Head groom/rider/stable hand (2020-2021) AUSTRALIA -Management of a busy horse-riding school -Organizing lesson days, dates and times -Bringing horses in for lessons, grooming, tacking up, some coaching -Managing and overseeing the volunteer team, managing their jobs and lunch breaks, training of junior staff -Riding new school horses and bringing horses back into work after the big COVID-19 lockdown -Morning and afternoon feed prep and feed-out -General farm duties

Horse agistment yard hand (2022) AUSTRALIA -daily feed-out on a quad bike feeding 20 outdoor horses -daily rug changes, fly masks, waters etc -paddock cleaning

Groom/rider (2023) LATVIA -lunging and riding client horses -bringing horses in and out the paddocks -general stables duties - occasional cleaning, mucking out, etc

Very hardworking and very passionate horse person with high sense of responsibility. Attention to detail. Excellent people skills, I am a very extroverted and people-oriented person. Riding school management skills and team leading skills. Working with children. Social media and website editing skills. Experience handling thoroughbreds. Some experience with stallions, broodmares and foals.

I have been riding for approximately 8 years. Started as a volunteer at a trail riding place, then had flat and jumping lessons for a few years, competed up to 80cm. Jumped home up to 120cm. Have leased a couple of horses, have brought some horses back into work, ridden naughty riding school ponies, some green horses, have taught my last lease horse (ex-race horse) to jump up to a meter.
