I take care of my instructor’s horses when he’s away. I feed them, take them out, lung and ride them if needed.

I never worked in a professional stable or anything like that because I am still in school and this is my first time looking for an experience like this but in the last 3 years I have learned to take care of horses step by step and now I look after my trainer’s horses when he is away working. I feed them any supplements they might need, I always prefer having them outside if possible so turning them out is one of my priorities, if needed I lung them and maybe do some pole work with them on the lung to help them bold some muscle and I also ride them when they need it, I also do some basic medications on them if needed.
