Duties of Current Occupation

Stable Management, break and start young horses, lounge, riding, feeding, clean stables, handling yearlings, all stables duties

Equine Work Experience

From 2013 to 2016 I worked as a riding instructor at an amateur sports association specializing in horseback riding and trekking, starting from 8-year-olds up to adults; secondly, check the secretariat (renewal of lesson cards, medical certificate deadlines, general bureaucracy) and acquire new customers.

From 2016 to 2022 I worked at an equestrian center where I was in charge of the management of the stable at 360 °, from the cleaning of boxes and paddocks, to the feeding of the horses, to the lessons aimed at show jumping and gymkhana, even trekking of 2 days, to tame the foals. In 2017 my under-12 students won the Piedmontese regional championship of gymkana, finishing in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

From 2023 to now I have been working in Ireland on a dressage horse farm as a manager, groom and trainer of young horses.

I love working with horses, always learning something new and getting involved.

Specialities

I work with foals, mares, stallions, feeding, clean stables, turn out the horses Etc. I can stitch the foaling alarms, stitching mares when they were covered, follow up newborns and mares, scan mares and give injections if needed. Experience in riding (flatwork, showjumping, hack) but I love start training young horses (from the ground as well as from the saddle) I have experience leading a team and to do riding lessons from beginners to intermediates of show jumping

Type of Ride Work

I ride any types of horses, mainly in flat work but I can jump, and I have a little experience in starting horses and I really want to lean as much as possible. I have experience in starting horses and in riding green and young horses, also stallions.

Competition Details

I am the regional contact for the cross country sector and I have partecipated in eventing and show jumping competitions. Now I take my riding students to show jumping competitions
