In october, I will have a Higher Certificate in Business in Equine Studies in AIT and I will be continuing on iin september to achieve my batchelor in equine studies degree.
Student in AIT studying business in equine studies, still learning.
Mainly just worked with own horses at home, mucking out/feeding/watering/hacking, etc. Worked as an assistant in a riding school-catching horses, tacking up, putting up courses of fences, being a lead for pupils, assisting pupils, etc. In Gurteen College as part of my course, rather than going on placement, we worked in the stables within the college- mucking out in the mornings, completing our appointed tasks around the yard, washing and grooming horses, riding horses as part of our course, plaiting, managing their feathers tails and manes, feeding, watering, skipping out in the evening time, cleaning out walker, etc.
Im a student and eager to learn more, Im hard working, punctual and work on own initiative. Never fail to meet targets. Really good at plaiting/french plaiting/rosebuds good and improving. good rider but room for improvement as it is with everyone. Have bandaged before but need practice with fibragee and gamgee but i was ok at it.
