Mucking out, training young children’s classes, bringing horse to and from the pasture, grooming and tacking up horses. Riding young and old , easy and temperamental horses.

My experience in equine consists of a variety of factors, such as: Western Riding( 1 year experience) Mucking out, cleaning and oiling tack, grooming foals, young and old horses, tacking up horses, training younger children classes, training one on one with children with disabilities, helped break in new young horses into the riding school, have done show jumping, ground work, cross country and hacking on different horses ( eg. age, temperament , breed). Have experience in lunging young horses. Bringing in and letting out horses to and from the pasture. In the process of learning how to identify when a horse is lame/ uncomfortable when riding. Have cantered , trot and galloped on variety of horses also. Working in a stables/riding school from 2019-Present. I deal with a professional horse environment regularly(weekly basis) but don’t currently have my own horse due to circumstances of living but am trying for one now.

On a weekly basis i muck out and clean stables along with cleaning and oiling tack as stated in the below paragraph. I’ve worked with foals, mares and geldings across a range of many different characteristics with each. I don’t get nervous around temperamental horses but i am very aware to not cross certain boundaries with them. I’ve lead many young children’s lessons and many pony camps to enhance my leadership skills. I take great pride in my work with horses such as the general grooming.

Ride Work experience as listed in the above paragraph. Cantering, Show Jumping, Ground Work, Flatwork, Cross Country and Hacking. I’ve ridden temperamental, green, unexperienced and experienced horses both young and old, both mare and gelding. I’ve ridden, Connemara’s, Cobb’s, Irish Sports Horse, Draught Horse etc. As stated in the above paragraph i have helped break in young horses.
