Daily stable duties, bringing horses in/out, grooming, brushing, tack up and untack, bandages, lunging, basic first equine aids, assisting vet and farrier if needed

I have several years of hands-on experience working with a wide variety of horses. Over the years I have worked with Arabians, Thoroughbreds, warmbloods, Friesians, Spanish horses, Western horses and young horses in different disciplines such as dressage, jumping and leisure riding. I am confident with daily stable routines such as feeding, mucking out, grooming, rug changing and basic first aid. I have experience handling foals, young horses and stallions, including leading in and out from fields and paddocks, turnout, bringing in, and working with sensitive or energetic horses. I enjoy calm, clear communication and building trust with each horse. I am reliable, adaptable and quick to learn new tasks, and I always aim to create a safe and positive environment for both horses and coworkers.

I have experience working with young horses, foals and stallions. I am confident and calm when handling them, including leading in and out from fields and paddocks, turning out and bringing in safely. I am used to daily routines with different temperaments and enjoy working with horses that require clear, patient communication.

Flatwork, basic schooling, warm-up work, and groundwork with young horses (starting from the ground).

I have no personal competition experience, but I have worked as a show groom at jumping competitions. I prepared and tacked up the horses, groomed them, and brought them to and from the warm-up arena so the rider only needed to get on. I am confident handling excited or stressed horses in busy show environments.
