Equine Work Experience
I worked at Equestrian Facilities, close to the Border of Wales, UK; Salmon Arm, BC; Priddis, AB and White Lake, BC as a part of a Workaway Programm. The daily tasks included feeding, mucking, turning in/out, blanketing, lunging, cleaning tack, halter training yearlings and assisting in taking care of minor injuries. The horses were all kinds of breeds, sizes and ages (thoroughbreds, mares/geldings, fillys/colts, Seniors, ponies, drafts etc.).
