2014 I did the "Deutscher Reitpass" which is basically about hacking and how to ride correctly in traffic for example and the "Basispass Pferdekunde" which is about horse keeping, poisonous plants, deseases and their syptoms etc.
2016 I did another more advanced german riding qualification which is called "Deutsches Reitabzeichen RA5" that qualifies me in basic dressage riding, showjumping and shows that I know about the principles of classical teachings (regulations of FEI and FN).

Equine Work Experience
I started riding when I was 8 years old, but before that I always went to the riding lessons with my older sitsters and watched them riding, which is why I started loving horses when I was 2 years old. About 5 years ago a woman who lives in my village offered me to ride her horse, who is a very good former showjumper. I started riding him, when he was already 18 years old, which is why I never jumped very high with him, but we still enjoy doing a few smaller jumps nowadays. Therefore I mainly ride dressage and sometimes go for a ride in the fields.
I care for this horse for 5 years now as if he was my own, which is why I of course have some experience in grooming, cleaning his tack and all the things a horse owner has to do.
Type of Ride Work
Primarily I ride dressage and sometimes do showjumping and hacking. All in all I would say, that I am open for everything and I am always willing to gain experience and learn as much as I possibly can.
This job is something I want to do for 6-12 months when I have finished school, I will be 18 by then.
I am looking forward to caring for horses, riding, probably also caring for children, if required, and everything else there is to do.
