My horseriding journey started about 11 years ago when I started riding ponies at a local riding school. For more than seven years I had a sharing horse with whom I did a lot of hacking and bareback and tackless riding, which really helped improve my seat and refine my communication with the horse. I also took part in fun rides and small competitions with him. I took care of several Shetland ponies that needed attention and to be worked. I did a lot of groundwork, lunging, went sledding, did spooky training, taught them tricks and everything else you can do without riding. This included training some Shetland foals from day one and training a small pony seen as problematic and not-workable, which I trained and made a lot of progress with. I helped breaking ponies and took some first rides, lessons or jumps with them. I always loved, and still do, riding cheeky ponies, so I´m quite saddle-proof and don´t mind starting horses from the very beginning or riding spooky or bucking horses.

I tried a variety of areas from the horse sport. I did some vaulting in the beginning, quite a lot of Dressage riding since it was the focus of my riding school, Mounted Games and jumping, which I liked very much from the first time I tried. I jumped about 80 centimetres on a regular basis and up to 1,30 meters on some days.
