Have been all over the place, grew up foxhunting in Massachusetts started riding age 3 with the dream of being a polo player. Pre-teen to teenage years competed in the jumpers (ponies then horses). Qualified for and competed in two french National Finals. While mostly jumping was also involved in horseball, dressage, eventing, natural horsemanship.
Spent a year as a wrangler, guide and trainer in South America, working in Ecuador then Argentina. Several thousand miles on horseback in the Andes, and experience riding and training semi-wild horses for trail and cattle work.
While getting my instructor's degree worked for a professional rider, judge and course designer. Am currently in the USA discovering the hunter-equitation circuits which are very different from Europe. Hoping to gain experience as a rider while evolving and gaining experience teaching.
