Duties of Current Occupation

Both as a couple we look after 25 horses that live out all year round. We do the daily hay, water, daily care, paddock care. Our daily life when we have riding guests is take out up to 10 guests for 2/3 hour rides twice a day.

Equine Work Experience

We have both had ponies from small children, making up the stages from pc rallies, camp fun rides to retraining ex race horses. Then working pre training in Australia. Work riding in the UK for various different trainers. Myself breaking both my arms in April 2019 bringing us out to France to volunteer.

Specialities

We have handled stallions, foals ,colts fillies etc. James has worked all over the world handling stallions for covering. I have worked over the world with James on polo yards and pre training yards.

We have done 3 years volunteering at French riding holidays (first Google search) and we are looking for a paid live in position now. We both have our carte de séjour and we are learning french.

Type of Ride Work

I have minimally covered in pervious post. Lately riding out various different sizes, breeds, breaking them in making sure they are suitable for all sorts of different riders. Choosing the correct horse for various different abilities, ages and sizes.

Competition Details

James competed up to 2* qualified for 3* but took a step back
