Qualifications

French "Galop 6" with Trekking and Trail, from the FFE /(Equestrian French Federation) I have been training in an Apprenticeship to get the French equivalent (according to the International Qualifications Passport) of BHSQ Stage 3 in Complete Horsemanship with Riding Out but could not complete the qualification (Had an accident) I would like to go though the BHS qualifications (Up to Stage 4 Teach). I have been studying Psychology part time (University of York, UK and in Barcelona)

Equine Work Experience

I have worked for several months in a horse riding club. Tasks included: mucking out, paddock management, feeding, lunging, long reining, care of injuries, training young horses, natural horsemanship, teaching kids and holiday camp monitor.

I have taken care of horses for individual owners which included put up and control fences, feeding, and care, checking for the yard.

I have ridden a lot of Connemara ponies and Arabian horses.

Specialities

I have experience teaching horse riding to kids (4-17 years old) and adults; beginners and intermediate levels (in French). Teaching through playing, group and individual teaching. I have leaded 3 hours trekkings and have experience as lead assistant in 4 days horseback trails. Worked and rode stallions few times. I have good understanding of people needs, pedagogy and team managment and a positive and assertive leadership. I fluently speak French, Spanish and good English.

Type of Ride Work

I have experience in any type of Flat work including lateral and longitudinal training. I can Jump up to 1m Fences and 90 cms high cross country. Good TREC level (competition horse trail techniques) I have participated in starting a horse (wild horses). Specifically trained in Philippe Karl's School of Légèreté (Lightness). Natural Horsemanship.
