All restaurant duties; customer service and serving the lunch buffet, preparing the food for lunch, cold chefs line (salads, pastries, desserts, cold sauces), serving at catering task like weddings etc. Main job was customer service, not cooking.
I started riding when I was 8 years old and contiuned for 15 years. After that came a break for several years and now started this summer again with a teacher focused on centered riding -technique.
As a young child I was learning fast with a private teacher and soon learned to groom and ride well, until I was part of the stables staff. Helping with the other students, grooming horses and taking care of feeding at evening. The things I learned was for example riding in the nature and among the traffic, ride without the saddle, drive with a pony cart, feeding and stable works, cleaning the briddles and saddles.
