I haven't worked in equestrian environments before but I have more than 10 years of experience of horses as a hobby. I also owned my own horse when I was a teen. Right now, I help around at a local stable to take care of two horses and a foal a few times a week.

I know how to take care of the basic tasks of the stable: mucking the stable and the paddocks, feeding and handling of horses etc.

I'm a great team worker and I handle my responsibilities with great care. I'm a fast learner and eager to work hard.

I've ridden mostly just riding school horses. But every once in a while I've ridden some more sensitive and reactive ones. For example, I leased one horse like that for one year a year ago.

I'm most experienced in flat work, but I'm quite rusty at the moment since I haven't been on a horse in 6 months, and even before that I've ridden inconsistently for years. I did show jumping when I was younger but that was years ago. I wouldn't mind getting back to it though, if I got the chance.
