I started riding when I was 4 years old and working at stables about ten years ago. At first I helped paying part of my horse's expences by working at the stable during the weekends (mucking out and stuff), and later I took a gap year and went working abroads. I worked in Estonia in a nice holiday riding farm. In Germany I worked at a busy jumper/hunter selling farm as a groom. After that i worked in Florida, US, at a jumper/competing/livery farm. There I had sole charge of the 20-horse farm while the owners were out of town in shows.
For the past 4 years I have been studying at university and haven't had time for horses, unfortunately.
I prefer staying at the farm and I am not very keen on following to shows. I am self-motivated and responsible and I will be happy to take sole charge, if that is required. All kinds of meaningful work around the stable is fine, but I would also like to ride. Ideally the place I'm searching would be just a normal, nice and not too fancy. A huge plus is, if you are into natural horsemanship, because that's what I'd very much like to learn.
Type of Ride Work
I am a capable rider as well, but since I haven't been riding regularly for years, I need to get used to it again. I have been told, that I have a lot of potential as a rider, and all I need is training. I have ridden all kinds of horses, young and old. Most of all I love trekking in the nature!
