Bio
Just a girl looking for a summer job (or volunteering) with horses and provided accommodation in Europe! Have been round horses since I was a kid but I am not an active rider currently. Not afraid of any hard work, responsible and a quick learner.Duties of Current Occupation
I am still a student so I dont have so many past job roles (at least not horse related). But for many years I used to work at summer camps with horses as the camp counselor/instructor. From time to time helping as a home and show groom.
Equine Work Experience
I have been around horses since I was a kid, had some riding lessons here and there and was going to equine summer camps. Started riding once a week when I was 10 and since then I am helping at the stables. I was a really active rider during my 13-15s, then the covid hit and my lessons stopped. Since then I am no longer an active rider but I still help at the stables regularly, mostly as a home and show groom, during the stable events and as an instructor at the summer camps. Still appreciate every chance to ride.
Specialities
Worked with foals and green horses under supervision, mostly the basics and ground work in general.
Type of Ride Work
Mostly flatwork and hacking, sometimes a few small jumps.
Competition Details
I have never competed but I have helped at many shows as a groom - up to the national championships. I also help organizing shows and other events at the stables.
