Pony Club "B" Level

Currently I work for a few hunter/jumper trainers riding between 2-6 horses/ponies per day (during university) and assisting young students in the care of their horses/ponies.
In my 12 years of riding I have experience starting horses from being barely handled to bringing them under saddle in a timely and efficient manner. I have extensive experience with horses labelled too unruly or too difficult, even dangerous, and have re-started horses who've been mishandled and poorly trained. I also have a very good base of knowledge in injuries and rehabilitation (bone and soft tissue injuries) I have not often sat on a well schooled horse, but on the occasions I have I have gained invaluable insight into the desired end results of my training projects. I have attained Canadian Pony Club "B" level, evened to Training level, schooled dressage to 2nd level, and competed in hunters and jumpers at Gold rated A-AA shows. I have had the opportunity to ride with many trainers, and to audit and observe clinics and rides of a few top professionals. I have groomed at grand prix level, as well as client horses for hunters, equitationm and jumpers
My niche is working with young and/or difficult horses. I have always had a passion for the challenge, and taking time to patiently and correctly work with the horse is what I love. My own horse (18hh westfalen) I bought as a 2 year old with some halter training and basic handling, and have brought him along myself under professional guidance. He's been my biggest test in patience and skill. This past year he competed in the 6 year old young show jumper division (1.20).
I have ridden everything from 12hh show ponies to well bred warmbloods to 18+hh draft horses. I have experience riding hunters, jumpers, eventers, and dressage horses from horse being sat on for the first time to experiences schoolmasters. Breaking/starting Showjumping (competed to 1.20m, School 1.30+) Dressage (schooled to 2nd level) Eventing (competed to training, schooled to preliminary level)
Young horses at their first show - 1.20m
