Duties of Current Occupation
Maintain fitness levels and expand the skill sets of the farms sale horses and young stock. Maintain tack, program, or feed changes for each horse. Grooming the horses to a respectable appearance for potential clients.
Equine Work Experience
Riding for 16 years, training competitevly most of my riding career.
Campaingned for and competed in the USEF Pony Finals and Royal Winter Fair, 2008.
Campaingned for and competed in at the Royal Winter Fair, 2009.
Qualified two ponies for the USEF Pony Finals, prepped and groomed for the OHJA and THJA circuit, groomed for the Royal Winter Fair, 2010
Stable hand/rider, Prepped and groomed for the THJA circuit, 2011-2013
Began buying, breaking and selling horses and ponies with local trainer 2013-2014
Completed the THJA on a client horse for sales purposes, 2015
Rider at hannovarian breeding farm, 2016-2017
From 2009 to 2015 I was always on a new project pony or horse for my trainers. I have spent a lot of my time at the barn to school a variety of horses, always recieving positive results from both the horses and clients.
Type of Ride Work
Starting young stock, continue positive training on the horses coming back from being broke, lunging, flatwork including transitions, basic lateral movements and pole work, schooling over fences, grid work, strength and conditioning. Mainly focused in the hunter discipline but willing to do what ever is required.
