I have been show jumping for about 8 years now, throughout this time have have done multiple competitions. I have leased a number of horses, however, have not personally owned a horse of my own. Along with riding I have worked for my coaches in the past, involving mucking stalls, exercising horses, turn in and turn out, tack maintenance, and the overall care of the horses. I have begun working and gaining occupational experience roughly 5 years ago.

I have ridden a number of different types of horses. I have helped my coaches in the past with green horses, young horses, and helped train horses out of habits they have developed under-saddle. This involves both flat work and jumping. I have not yet had experience starting horses, however, I am interested and learning and putting my all into the opportunity to do so.

I have competed in a number of competitions in the past, involving show jumping and hunter jumping, both in the novice and advanced level up to 1 meter. I was looking to move up to higher heights but have not found a horse to do so with along with the overlapping commitment to school.
