Equine Work Experience
-Over twelve years experience being around horses.
-Two plus years experience working in a stable environment.

Private retirement barn-November 2019 to Present
-Experience in a wide variety of barns and disciplines, including hunter/jumper, saddleseat, and rodeo. Also very familiar with lesson barns.
-Comfortable handling youngstock and studs.
-Strong knowledge of good groundwork.
-Able to identify lameness, swelling, colic, and other equine illnesses.
-Currently finishing my Educational Assistant certification at Macewan.
-Six years of experience volunteering with therapeutic riding, along with experience working in respite settings and as an activity aide.
-Aiming to get my CANTRA Instructor certificate by the end of 2021.

-Strong English flat rider, along with experience in the basics of Western horsemanship.
-Have been instructed in the basics of saddleseat, jumping, and Western pleasure.
-Able to handle sensitive or quirky horses.
