Level 1/2 racehorse care and management

Pre training/ breaking, lunging , basic flat work, desensitisation, barrier work, teaching of basic manners, jumping hurdles,manners and ground work training.

Over the past 5 years I have worked for leading jump and flat racing trainers in the uk and pre training and breakers over in Australia. I also have worked independently on re starting retired racehorses. Also happy to send photos and videos of me riding. More recently since returning home I have been working for a riding school teaching and caring for the horses.

I have the ability to work well in fast pace environments. I have experience with breakers and re starting my own horses. I have worked with young colts and stallions ridden and on the ground. I work well in big teams or independently. I take pride in being quick and efficient in my horse work but I like to take my time when it comes to the education of The horse. I have a strong knowledge of horse first aid eg bandaging , cleaning wounds , spotting lameness and foot problems ect.

I have ridden track work to a high standard doing barrier work and jumping over hurdles. I have done basic level flat work with horses that I have re started out if racing. I have also worked at an eventing yard for the past 4 months having low level dressage lessons and occasionally jumping horses.
