Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)
I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
I have recently graduated and I am looking for work with horses. I have about 10 years eventing experience, both myself and as a groom; with a pre-training establishment of Chris Waller's about 5 years ago, and for Gai Waterhouse 2 years ago
Roughly 14 years, all with ex-racers. I have no problem with them whether they are young or old, quiet or forceful. I am aware of the particulars of the racing industry, particularly the pre-training and spelling establishments.
Eventing, to Novice Dressage to Elementary, training medium Showjump experience to `1.40m (all on own-trained horses) Experience at a pre-training establishment for Chris Waller, riding his moderately quite young ones and the quieter spellers (I wasn't terribly strong at that point) Doing yardwork for Gai Waterhouse in Randwick
Eventing, Showjumping, dressage, pre-training, younger horses (but I will note that the young ones I was put on were all moderately quiet)
