Reins of Life in Landenberg, PA is hiring 2 instructors for its therapeutic riding program for children & youth with special needs. Must have taught riding lessons, and have worked with horses with a sound, reliable knowledge of horses, and taught in a group setting. You will be responsible for a team of volunteers supporting you during your classes insuring they are kept involved, focused, & appreciated during your time teaching.
Hours: Part time, 4 hours, one day a week of choice other than Monday, to teach classes at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and a second day of work is open for hire on Saturdays, hours are 9-1. I am willing to hire 2 different instructors if one is not able to cover both days.

We are a Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program, a non profit corporation. Program operates on private property of Founding Director and husband. Organization was founded October, 8, 1993. Program exclusively serves children and young adults with special needs, ages 2-25.
We have a large volunteer base, and very quiet, gentle horses/ponies.
Property is serene, tranquil, peaceful, on 10 acres. There are no boarders, and the business is exclusive to therapeutic riding services.
Barn is impeccably clean, orderly, with friendly, happy staff and volunteers.
