Duties to include:
	* teaching
	* coaching at shows
	* grooming & clipping
	* tack cleaning
	* stable management
	* riding
	* shipping horse to shows
	* administering meds
	* customer relations
            * entrepreneur to build and grow business

Qualities required:

* experienced hunter/jumper rider with dressage and show credentials
* people person
* self motivated
* team player
    * MUST have computer skills

Salary w/living accommodations plus commissions.
