Excellent opportunity for a Groom at Seagry Stud
Seagry Stud near Chippenham is a beautiful small private dressage stud. We breed small numbers of top quality foals and every year we use embryo transfer here on the yard. It is a live-in position and a lovely self contained flat is provided. The job will be to manage the yard and horses, get involved in foaling and young stock handling and prepare the young horses for schooling during the season. This is a part time/full time job.

Manage care of 25 horses in thoroughbred racing barn in Kimberton PA. Applicants must have substantial experience in bandaging, bathing, grooming, braiding, IM and IV injections, etc. In addition to the aforementioned, duties will Include day to day supervisory responsibility for barn workers, inventory oversight and ordering of feed, hay, straw, shipping horses from farm to track. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills required. Valid drivers license and no criminal record required. Non-smokers only need apply. Multi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred. Housing provided. Candidates without pets preferred.
