Unique polo opportunity…… Family polo farm with room for your horses seeking a seasonal (long term for the right candidate) position for groom/player. Ideal position for a pro that wants an opportunity to work green horses, is in between seasons or for a groom that loves to play. Quiet farm with ample turnout/stalls, round pen and polo field.
Responsibilities will include:
- Exercising horses
- Facility and tack upkeep (3 students work part time
through out summer) - Feeding & nutrition management
- Coordination with farrier
- Practice with family
- Lessons for the family
- Travel to 2-3 out of town tournaments (travel expenses provided)
- Groom help provided for any out of town tournaments as well as at practices
Start date: May 10 (flexible) End date: End of September (flexible) Housing: provide an apartment on site Compensation: $1000/week
*Must have a valid drivers license and ability to drive truck/trailer.
