We do not train nor board outside horses & are also involved in an equine jobs for youth program.

Working student interns ride, groom, tack, go to shows and clinics, and do other farm chores in a fun, friendly and positive environment. Our interns go on to stellar careers both in and out of the horse industry, and many have had the opportunity to compete and earn their USDF medals on client-owned horses.
Special consideration for riders with dressage competition experience, and/or young horse experience. All applicants must have solid flatwork riding skills - a clear and direct approach in driving a horse from leg and seat to hand, and an ability to ride athletic young horses through garden-variety nonsense. If you don't know how to ride a horse on the bit, this isn't the gig for you.
This is also a position with room for growth - almost all of our assistant trainers began as working student interns.
Housing is provided. No pets. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. No summer-only candidates; must be interested at least a year-long commitment. Resume and references required when applying.
