Kelvedon, a private dressage facility in the Middleburg, Virginia area is in search of an experienced Estate/Stable manager. We have a select group of dressage horses of various ages that are being developed by professional trainers to compete in the sport. As the Estate/Stable manager you will manage our staff, engage with trades such as farriers, vets, handymen, oversea the upkeep of the property, equipment and equine facilities. You must be organized, goal oriented, communicate well (spoken and written), be familiar with a computer, drive a horse trailer and be able to work in the US legally. Experienced Dressage trainers with farm management/dressage facility backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. This is a competitive salaried position with 2 weeks minimum paid vacation, insurance and performance based bonuses. Please provide a resume when applying.
