Involved in local 4-H horse club, showed at county and state levels English and Western. Experience milking cows on a small Dairy farm with 60-100 head for 5+ years. Also good with goats, chickens, pigs, cats & dogs, mules, donkeys, calves, and more. Good problem solver.

The Barn Manager is expected to develop, lead and work as part of a cohesive team to ensure the health and happiness of horses in our care. A keen eye for detail, empathy, emotional intelligence, effective communication and a growth mindset are critical to success in this role, as well as providing top quality customer service to boarders and training clients. Because this role requires leading and managing others, a high degree of trust and confidentiality is mandatory.This role will also require working as Barn Staff when schedule needs require as well as onboarding new team members.
