Private dressage facility searching for motivated individual for position of assistant barn manager and groom. Work includes stall mucking, grooming, feeding, turnout, night check on certain nights, assisting at shows, and farm maintenence. The hours are 6 days per week, from 7 am to 4 pm. Pay is dependent on experience. Vacation is 1 week after 6 months of steady work, and paid health insurance is considered after 6 months.
Our farm raises high quality Hanoverians for dressage. The facility is quiet and situated adjacent to a large farm with many trails. A vibrant small city with a well-known university is within a 15 minute drive. On site one bedroom apartment available for one person. One dog or cat is allowed.
