Seeking a head instructor for a growing lesson program teaching students from walk/trot to advanced h/j levels. Job candidate should be personable, communicative, and willing to work in a team environment. Duties include:
- Management of assistant instructors
- 30+ hours per week
- daytime, evening, and weekend hours availability
- Attending shows (rated and local circuit)
- Teaching all levels of riders with an emphasis on the more competitive students looking for showing opportunities
- Oversight of the lesson horses (not daily care, but their workload, soundness, and appropriate usage in the program)
