Lucky Star Farm, a premier dressage facility located in Weston, Texas (North of Dallas), is seeking an FEI-level dressage trainer to join our professional, supportive team.

We are looking for a talented, motivated trainer who enjoys developing horses through the levels and working with dedicated amateur riders and owners.

Responsibilities include:

• Training and riding client and owner horses
• Teaching lessons to capable amateur riders
• Overseeing the general care, fitness, and well-being of the horses in training
• Collaborating with our team to maintain a positive, professional barn atmosphere
