The Hofmann Center for Reproduction at New Bolton Center – part of the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of PA – is looking for a part-time temporary worker.
The Hofmann Center provides comprehensive reproductive services for mares, stallions, and food & fiber animals and is located at 443 Bartram Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348.
Duties: cleaning and disinfecting horse stalls, cleaning run-in-sheds, turning out horses for exercise, and feeding.
Schedule: 20-40 hours/week, daytime only, expected to work every other weekend and some holidays.
The position will be available from November 2021 through June 2022 with possibility of extension.
Previous experience working with horses preferred. Must be authorized to work in the United States and must present Social Security Card to begin working. All university students, faculty, and staff are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit documentation of vaccination in the appropriate system of record.
