Position is YEAR-ROUND, FULL-TIME (45+ hours with opportunity for more) and offers a great benefit package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and yearly raises. Since our inception nearly 45 years ago, ISF has been a pioneer in the sport horse world. As one of the early importers of European breeding stock, Iron Spring helped expand the American sport horse gene pool. Our development of breeding protocols and our young horse management program have helped North American talent blossom.
