Looking for a part time barn manager and groom to work 2 weekdays/week at our small horse farm. Job would include feeding, turn out, mucking, blanket changing, minor wound care, administering meds, general overseeing and management of show jumping horses. Experience in the show world is not a must, but definitely an added bonus. If job seeker is reliable, experienced, and looking to stick around for a while, then this position could easily (and ideally) turn into a full time (M-F) job with private (new!) housing included. We have 6 horses living in and 4 horses that live out. Its approx 2 hrs in the AM and 2 hrs in the PM, depending on the time of year. Even better if theres a couple out there that is looking for a beautiful private house with great views- one person for barn management 5 days/week and the other we can hire separately for part time groundskeeping work (see our other job post)... or one person that can do it all!
