Lasher Performance Horsemanship is seeking up to (2) assistant trainers for colt starting / problem solving Pay + housing. We have a simple horsemanship based method of training horses and would love to get you acquainted to it and make you a full time assistant trainer. Frequent raises! Feel, timing, pressure, and release. We have many horses that come for starting, some come because they are being difficult, and some come only because their owners don't have enough time to ride them. Most are english horses but some western horses as well. Would love to have you join. Currently seeking female because of shared housing with another assistant trainer. Pay is anywhere from 100-1,000 per week with housing included. If you are a good rider at wtc but no colt starting experience you start at $100/week. If you've started a lot of horses before then you will be started migh higher pay. Prefer some one who wants to stick around and not just come and go after one set of horses, we want to get you to $1,000/week as soon as possible! Please reach out with any questions. Thank you!
