Each summer, Frost Valley YMCA hires a team of equine enthusiasts to help provide amazing horse experiences to kids of all abilities and backgrounds. The equestrian team works together to accomplish many daily tasks, including teaching arena lessons, leading trail rides as well as teaching campers how to care for horses on the ground. Staff will assist/teach lessons and ensure safety measures are upheld around the barn. The successful candidate truly enjoys working with children and needs to be comfortable around horses.
