Miller & Associates is seeking a highly organized, personable & energetic candidate for a full-time receptionist position. This position is based out of our Brewster, NY location.

Requirements
Primary responsibilities include managing multiple phone lines and executing client administrative requests. Additional administrative duties will include assisting across multiple departments, including accounts receivable, pharmacy & laboratory.
Job Benefits
This is a full time salaried position. Compensation is dependent on experience. Entry-level compensation for this role is $40,000 annually.

We are an equine veterinary practice that specializes in sports medicine, as well as providing all basic and emergency care for our clients in multiple locations across the country. We are headquartered in Brewster, NY, with a full time satellite office in Hampton Bays, New York. We operate two seasonal locations in Wellington, Florida and Ocala, Florida during the winter season.
