Competitive Pay, Part-Time Or Weekend Help / Dressage Working Student

Looking for part-time help, 2 or 3 mornings a week from 7am-12pm. More hours available for the right match. Possibility to bring own horse as part of compensation if interested in classical dressage. All barn chores (feeding, turn out, stalls, paddock cleaning) + grooming, lunging, tack cleaning, and for the right candidate, some riding, hacking, jumping).

Candidate needs to be self motivated, hard worker and have impeccable work ethic and great attention to details, 200% reliable. Impeccable manners, be very reliable and have a positive and drama-free attitude, self starter and willing to work. Need experience and confidence with handling all kind of horses, including stallions and young horses.

Come learn about organic horse care and classical dressage and reach your riding goals in a nurturing environment. Past working students have completed USDF Bronze medal, won 3rd place at the Maccabiah Games or found a job as a head trainer in another dressage barn. What are you goals? It can also be to learn to ride without a bridle or simply to study French classical dressage.

Quiet and beautiful farm, 10-12 horses, flexible schedule, top notch care and facility + friendly coworkers and clients.

Owner has been classically trained in France and is a USDF L Graduate with distinction (USDF Judge training program).

To be considered for help with riding (which is not required), candidate has to have experience riding/training to First Level. Must be interested to receive training in classical dressage and performance horse holistic care. Interested in showing or art performance would be a plus. We host frequent clinics with international riders and judges.
