Miller & Associates is seeking a motivated, energetic candidate to fill a technician role based in Hampton Bays, NY, with a seasonal presence in Wellington, FL.
Veterinary Technicians at Miller & Associates are given a great deal of responsibility and autonomy. Their roles include scheduling and assisting veterinarians, administering medical and physical therapy treatments, performing lab work, and being intimately involved in inventory management. Our technicians are an essential feature in every facet of the practice. They work well independently and together as a group.
These positions require a 6 month commitment in Wellington, Florida for the months of November through April. Summers will be based primarily in Hampton Bays.
Eligible candidates for this role must be experienced excellent horse handlers, and prior equine veterinary technician experience is strongly preferred. Flexibility and willingness to travel are essential qualities in a candidate.
This is a full-time hourly position that is overtime eligible.

Miller & Associates was founded in 1997 by Dr. Kit Miller & Susan Miller. We are an equine veterinary practice that specializes in sports medicine, as well as providing all basic and emergency care for our clients in multiple locations across the country. We are headquartered in Brewster, NY, with a full time satellite office in Hampton Bays, New York. We operate two seasonal locations in Wellington, Florida and Ocala, Florida during the winter season. Our veterinarians also travel to multiple competitions along the east coast and into the midwest throughout the summer season.
