Responsibilities:

• Daily care and feeding of horses
• Cleaning stalls and maintaining barn facilities
• Managing inventory of feed and supplies
• Ensuring smooth daily operations of the barn

Requirements: Experience with horse care and barn management Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable and self-motivated Ability to work independently and take sole charge of the barn

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of basic equestrian principles and teaching methodologies.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement a cohesive lesson program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for connecting with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Creativity and adaptability to tailor lessons to the needs and interests of individual riders.
• Willingness to pitch in and assist with barn chores and daily operations as needed.
• Passion for horses and a commitment to their care and well-being.

A room in the detached 2 bedroom private house with utilities allowance. The house has eat-in kitchen, laundry and living room.
