Position available for an upbeat, hardworking team player starting November 2019. This position will be in Merrimac, MA for November then in Wellington, FL December through March. This position is for 6-12 months with the possibility to turn into permanent paid position. Sons of the Wind is a successful international riding school, sales and training barn with everything from starting young horses to riding and training Grand Prix horses. Program includes Lusitano breeding/sales program and hosts visiting students from around the world on a weekly basis. You will receive riding instruction from classical dressage master, Vitor Silva and USDF Gold Medalist, Maggie McDonald. This is a great opportunity to develop your horsemanship and riding skills. Duties include assisting with daily horse care, grooming, barn chores (minimal stall cleaning) and assisting with visitor riding program. Great opportunity to concentrate on riding and immerse yourself in the horse industry.
