Berlin Farms is looking for an experienced trainer and Massachusetts licensed instructor to join our wonderful team and mold their own lesson program. Candidates who currently hold their Massachusetts license are eligible to apply. Responsibilities include grooming, tacking up, training 2 horses and 1 pony, and providing lesson instruction. Must be an advanced rider in dressage and/or hunter/jumper, have excellent judgement, fit and able to work independently and consistently to ensure ongoing training. One-three days a week for 4-6 hours.
