My boyfriend and i are looking for a drama free, friendly yard. Ideally we would like to go down to Cornwall as soon as possible. I have just finished doing two years at Plumpton doing equine management lvl 2 & 3 which i was awarded merits and passes for I’ve also had plenty of in hand experience, with work experience and helping round friends working yards. My boyfriend has plenty experience in the agricultural world from growing up on farms, he has years of experience of tractor driving

Teach and coach Mount Holyoke College Equestrian Center students, continue to develop and administer the Dressage program, and work with others in order to support the programs and activities at the Equestrian Center in order to carry out its mission. 23 hours per week including class instruction, team administration, student mentoring, and team practices.
Teach at least 2.5 physical education classes. Instructor is encouraged to teach private lessons at the MHC Equestrian Center dependent on arena and schoolhorse availability. Schedule, organize, administer and promote Intercollegiate Dressage Team competitions. Conduct meetings as Dressage Team Coach and attend intercollegiate competitions on and off campus. Work with the Director - Intercollegiate Coaching and the Equestrian Center Director to promote the Equestrian Center on and off the campus in order to recruit students and to increase the Equestrian Center's revenues through additional auxiliary uses. Meet with prospective students and parents as necessary. Assists the Director with care of the horses and stables, as appropriate, including sharing of the supervision of the stables and Equestrian Center, horse care (turnout, grooming, feeding and schooling) during all College recesses, staff vacations and illness. In certain circumstances, such as weather emergencies or staff absences, stall cleaning may be required. Qualifications: Qualified applicants must have a thorough knowledge of the discipline of Dressage with demonstrated successful teaching, training and riding experience in dressage. The successful candidate will be an active rider and have excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills and indefatigable enthusiasm.
Preferred Qualifications: FEI Dressage experience a plus
License/Certifications: MA State Riding Instructors license a plus
