This is a terrific opportunity for an equestrian who wants to get back into the horse world (or remain in it) minus the rigorous of barn or teaching duties.
Originally founded in the late 1950's by F.G. (Stretch) Harting to "foster the Olympic spirit". It quickly grew into one of the finest riding schools in North America. Now leased from the M-NCPPC Department of Parks, PHC has evolved into a busy public Equestrian Center located in a premium Maryland suburb of Washington, DC. We offer a full English riding program for beginners through advanced riders, horse shows, summer horse camp, therapeutic riding and much more.
